Refund policy
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the purchase date should not be more than 15 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@buyhut.pk. If your return request is accepted, we will share information as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer will be responsible for the parcel he/she is sending back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot return products that are damaged by the customer, unless the customer has proof that it arrived damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Sale items (such as Summer/Winter/Autumn/Eid items, Stock Clearance Sale, Discounted Articles, Discount Code–applied orders) and Customized Products.
No Return and Refund on Customized Products
We don’t entertain refunds or return on custom products designed specifically for you and according to your requirements.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item. 35% of the previous invoice/parcel amount will be charged for exchange of an item with a new one.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, 30% will be deducted from the original amount and the remaining amount will be transferred to the customer’s preferred payment method.
Please note it may take 3–12 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
